History is a chapter.

Its a historical journal called Africa today, Volume 23 and the chapter is History. You can find it on google books. Ciise are dominant tribe but they are not educated waa reer baadiye. Did you forget the first leader of Djibouti was a Gadabursi called Djama Saylici.
