huuno horta how come Isaaq hasnt got the prime minister position?

isaaq cant be prime minister or even a president bcuz we are not part of TFG agreements. Thats the reason Isaaq have been adding up into dir cuz we were not present during the TFG creation. We do not recognize SL territory being part of Somalia and this TFG governing the land.

Even if we are beg to govern all somali regions, as I believe we are,trying to make hargeysa the capital, or having an isaaq president, isaaq just dont want to be part of Somalia or anything that is not SL.
