The Government is expressing concern because puntland is asking for weapons to fight piracy and those weapons could be used for other purposes. The US also is concerned about a possible arms build up puntland is trying to do.

Ok, so basically Somaliland are insecure. How come Somaliland politicians told puntland not to enter the water of North Somalia? Cant Somaliland also work with Puntland against piracy.

No they are not insecure they are siyasi. Being strong and hardcore showing no concern all the time doesn't get you anywhere. You have to smart and aware of your surroundings. Somaliland conducts its own Anti piracy program.

Somaliland should had done what Puntland did being a mamuul under Somali government. Do you know Puntland are in better place than Somaliland, they get their share of Somali wealth and political influence, also Puntland are showing brotherhood and somalinimo. Its better for Somaliland to stop their desires of being a soveirgn state as it will waste their time and put large drift with their brothers down south.

Somaliland is a different country we dont have the same interest as puntland so you can't compare the two , you should compare Somaliland to Djibouti like

Its been decided in the 90's Somaliland choose to go for full Independence a cause which they believe in regardless of what other Somalis say. Somaliland could of done that mamul status and got its fair share in somali aid money but it doesn't want to take that rout. No puntland isn't at a "better place" then somaliland i can tell you that much,

I even laughed when Somaliland refused to take part in the Somali regional football tournament. But wallahi Puntland are in better place than Somaliland, they have pride of their somalinimo and they forgive and forget like a mentally healthy person.

Puntland aka Pirateland is enriching itself, meanwhile we have the Dirs complaining while PLs GDP is increasing.

You cant compare hustlers with prostitutes and Dirland is a irrelevant prostitute while Dabaycos are pimping Somalia out, since Hutus jacked and hijacked Xamar.

With the influxs of support they will attain, Dirland will become a voiceless mouthpiece for Dirs and PL will gain the hardware necessary to enforce there rule.

Isaaq were irrelevant unknowns before 1969 and they will continue into the stone age in 2010.

Keep screaming and partying.

I can compare Puntland with Jabuuti but not Somaliland. Somaliland have no international diplomacy but Puntland and Jabuuti can both have their say in the world as Puntland is part of Somalia.

Oil exploration, Mercenaries, Aircrafts ect. what the heck does Somaliland have or do :geek:

Complain and scream independence, no one cares, meanwhile others are in the race for either internationally recognition or colonizing Xamar.

Two different spheres, Dirs have no siyaasid nor voice. Carry this :sland: and scream for attention.
