Liqaaye: yes the owner is cali bare from Norway and England.
Abdi.Ismail: Building roads is the goverments duty. The hotels, and other private entities is usally owned by sole traders or partnership ventures. Therefore, no body is going to pour thier savings on roads for communal use!
