But what are There SubClans?

if you write subclans until tomorrow it will not change nothing... the true is isaaq has 80% or even more in house of parliament not to mention the head of parliament is isaaq

so change it so we can say sland is making progress

Sxb if you look back at the history even in 1950s, 60s, or even during siyaad Bare isaaq had 3x the share of any positions. This indicates that they are 2/3 of Somaliland. So o i do not see what you argument is based on?

one parliamentarian hold a seat with thousands of votes like Cali gabiley and the embassador guy while an other hold a seat with only 100s votes!!

Plus hargeisa which is the capital and which most of seats comes from are held by issaq

Gadabursi - 13 Seats.

Arab Sheikh Isaaq - 5 Seats.

Ayub - 1 Seat.

Cisse - 1 Seat.

Hawiye/Fiqishini - 1 Seat.
