actually the war stared way before siilaanyo took office , Somaliland and the nabadiids fought in widhwidh ,,in arpil in may in june 2010. Siilaanyo did not declare war on anybody the armed forces were attacked what do you expect just for him not to shoot back or remove his troops from the buhoodle district actually Siilaanyo called for the nabbadiids to talk to them when he took office but they refused.. rayaale said no talks between us and the qarandidis he used to call them terrorist.
