yh this Mareeg state is being created by the Waceysle and their capital is called capital is Ceel dheer (or something like that). I take it they are some sort of sub clan of Hawiye. It was proclaimed in london but they practically don't exist on the ground.

this is absolutely wrong how can a sub sub clan make a state ?? in my opinion clans and sub clans are eligible to create a state or maamul but not sub sub clans ..
