What does arabsiyo even mean? Was the town given to the arab clan at some point? :?

I've been to Arabsiyo a few years ago and I prefer Gabiley because it's much greener.

^ horta beerihii may bateen?
and why does this town always stay the same size?
Arabsiyo should have grown faster than any other town in Somaliland , doubled its size and population
keep in mind, Arabsiyo is just 15 minute drive west of Hargeisa, so I don’t know the reasons why Arabsiyo stays the same
could be reer Arabsiyo don't want to sell their land to Rerr Hargeisa
I think we should ban/limit any expansion of cities in Western Somaliland, we don't want to build on arable land that can be used for agriculture and as our population grows we will need all the arable land.

It juust wouldn't make sense to build houses on potential farmland and then import food :?
