AbdiWahab252 a while back on his visit to Hargeisa was saying how daanta Cidagalle was the safest place for a southern to be when in Hargeisa i guess they are more tolerant of guests or those who belong to other sland clans that live with them.

Horta are there significant numbers of Dhulbahanta in Hargeisa?

I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone who has an opinion on the dhulbahanta
in hargeisa, Laascaanood is too far away.
Although had you been ogadeen, you would've avoided Ciidagale and HY neighbourhoods

Their neighbourhoods are generally the fastest growing parts of town, East and South Hargeisa
very cheap and good land as well especially the east of Hargeisa.

About the Ogaadeen,Most I'd say dislike them although a lot are probably extreme.
They're generally even more disliked as you go west towards Oogo and south towards Hawd.
