The Taxing for a Car in Berbera is Actually $1000 for the small ones, and the Land Cruzers are More, and Thats Expensive  The Taxing for a Car in Bosaaso Costs Actually $300 Only, and there is More Cars Coming from Bosaaso into Somaliland true Thier Port!

Berbera would be a Great Capital, but the only problem is the Heat, its way too Hot.. But so is Djibouti and BosAaso and there is still people living there!! Moving Capital would be Great Idea, but would they ever do That?
