One of the three candidates that won. After a little digging i got some inside infos that are telling me he is Habar Yoonis - Musa Carre. However the reason that some Somaliland websites might have not mentioned him much in their sites in comparison to Faadumo Madar(a Somaliland contributor and supporter) is that he is a suspected Pro Somaliweyn supporter.

I am not even sure 100% that he is H.Y-Musa Carre, it was just some inside infos. However infact though he could be Pro rather than Pro his entitled to his own opinion aslong as afaraha Somaliland uso dhex galin.
