Somaliland Minister for tourism and wild life had a produced a map of the country showng designated game parks, that would (he says in assured way) soon be filled with tourists. With Somalis having the reputation for being the continent's worst animal poachers the Minister was asked whether Somaliland had recieved United Nations' help for the project. The Honourable Minister sighed and said '' The trouble with the united nation is that if we asked the for help they will send some African who has already destroyed his own country and then will come and mess up ours too''
