SInce Mr Abduraxmaan ciiro is going to resign from his Post in the next six months

Faisal is saying the ucid party will nominate a new Speaker of parliament

Who do you think should be the next Somaliland parliament speaker

I have to say Ciiro did a great job from 2005 till now as the speaker of the Parliament

Why does the speaker have to be from the ucid party, Is it some sort of agreement made witht he govenrment.

it was an agreement between Kulmiye and ucid that the deputy parliament speaker should be from kulmiye and the speaker of the parliament should be from Ucid
