Mahamed Hashi is right. Siilanyo is not a clannist and you cant say he only let his clan profit or gain from his Presidency.

Only some business men/monopolist from diffrent clans and Kulmiye supporters got favours. But this aint to clannism from the President rather individual nepotism.

'Almost' 3 months. Because the last pay checks were from May before the elections, 26 June the elections to place and afterwords no goverment funds were spend and 26 july Siilanyo's goverment took over and most of his cabinet were sworn in august, with Mahamed Hashi as last in end of august. And in september the new cabinet realized it has been 3 months since election and civil servants were not paid.

Its a bit, down the belt to use this argument against Riyaale's goverment while it was a period of transition. And salaries are mostly paid late in Africa.

Funny thing is, that teachers were complaining in january of this Year that they havent received salary in 3 months.

Rayaale admin could have paid atleast two salary's the one in April and the one in May but they did not bare in mind that the National treasury was empty when kulmiye got the seat Ina xaashi did not only pay the civil servants but he doubled their salary
