Remember couple months ago chief of police in one of the police station in ceergabo was killed by Dhulos as the marxuun was Hy. Now the Hy revenged for his killing after dhulos did not do the honourable thing of handing over the culprit.

Just to cast your mind back in 2008. In 2008 Dhulos police chief was killed in Ceerigabo by Hy man. Dhulos refused to do any deal unless HY bring the culprit and Hy did just that the honourable thing and brought the culprit and he was sentensed to death and shot in ceerigabo.

However, these killings are coming back and it is not personal but it is because of the weak governing system in Ceerigabo. I was amazed when i saw few cars with puntland number plate in ceerigabo - how the heck could that happened? we are allowing rule of law to be out of hands period!

Basicly Ceerigabo became you do what you want to do and no body cares! only election time is the government bothered!
