Syalac is majority Gadabuursi, the first time Ciise became a mayor of Saylac was in Riyaale shift.. there is no problem in making the second or third largest group in the town a mayor.. it happened in Ceergaabo and Jigjiga as well.

Ciise have no authority in Awdal eventhough they could be found in parts of it, the same way Gadabuursi that are second largest Somali group in Djibouti have no authority over it since its majority Ciise.

Nigga you still chatting shit course Ciise has authority in Awdal its our region too and why bring Djibouti into this of course thats our house but thats because we are the president and we run the shots. This Awdal state shit don't represent Ciise cos Awdal is our yard real talk.

Thats what I'm saying why this nicca saying awdal is only for gadabursi this aint no 1 clan game. They should make Borama state if they want 1 clan authority.

listen ur just talking nonsense... Ciise exist in Awdal but there is not a single town/district where they are majority so obviously the ppl that are majority of Awdal are the ones that decide for the whole region.. in Awdal there are 4 districts Saylac-Lughaya-Borama-Baki , the first two are vast majority Gadabuursi, the last two are exclusively Gadabuursi.

khalid ali, there are no Isaaq in lughaya.. Isaaq presence ends at Gabiley and its surroundings Gabiley itself is shared with Gadabuursi Reer Nuur.

Sabrowanaag qunjale are all sacadmuse and are part of the lughaye district Awdal. There are no Gadabuursi in Gabiley the closest gadabuursi come is Dila
The mayor of lughaye is samaroon the police chief of lughaye is ciise the deputy mayor of lughaye is sacadmuse the district is shared my friend.
Seylac is also shared between samaroonis and ciise so the only place you live exclusively is borama district and baki district the other 2 regions are shared.
