That is cause you were a newbie. Most people who are a bit familiar with Hargeysa before going there know which xafaad or district they are in by hotels, shops, bridges, road names etc. For example the second bridge of Hargeysa if one goes south of that bridge you are in Ahmed Dhagax district south west of Hargeysa.
