I think the Triangle clan has much more to fear then they show.

3.Puntland has abundance of water supply and irrigation systems while Somaliland clearly lacks this department in Hargaisa where people protest on the regular for lack of water efficiency ..
4. Puntland is attracting more foreign investment in natural resource exploration
5. Puntland is taking the leading role Somalia's affairs which earns them the respect of the west.
