1- President Rayaale cabinet members. Mostly were old guards. These crooks continue to plunder the country assets till the last days.
2- President Silanyo cabinet members. Some Ministers have more power than the other Ministers. Some Ministers are not suitable for the position they hold, no talent and developed amateurish behaviour and corruption
3-President Rayaale time no developments have taken place
4- President Silanyo major developments have taken place such roads construction, airport rebuilding and etc.
6-Security- President Rayaale was in control and well organized.
7- Security-President Silanyo is not In Charge. Military in Disarray... we do not know who run the countery.

I dont really follow the SL politics as much but the notion that no developments were made under Rayaale's administration is B.S to da limit didnt his admin rebuild both the H-airport & the bridge? wasnt it under his admin that made it possible the airport could function @ nite for the first in history

Silllanyo is loosing the grib of SSC and Maakhir folks..

President rayaale cabinet members were a united group in corruption there were only a few honest men
President Siilaanyos cabinet members are honest hardworking man and there is accountability
President rayaales are there were no developments only false and empty promisses
President Siilaanyo's government is focused on development on all fields healthcare Business/trade infrastructure and many projects are under full gear.
Somaliland president siilaanyo has a clear vision on how to lead the country in particular foreign policy
President rayaale had no clue on foreign policy his ministers were leading his policy.
President siilaanyo's enlarged the Military and he doubled the salary's of the army
President rayaale didn't other than equipping the army.
President siilaanyo one year in office visited all the six region of Somaliland
President rayaale hardly visited the eastern regions and was mostly concentrated in hargeysa.
