sxb this purported speech is completely made up. it was first posted on http://audioboo, which is a social network site that people use to upload audio recording from the mobile phones. the alleged siilaanyo speech was posted onto the site on the 25th under the link what a complete amateurs if you are going fabricate a story at least make it difficult to disprove by covering your tracks and sources.. don't use a social media network and then pretend that it was upload by the British Foreign Office. as if the British Foreign Office use http://audioboo.fm as its mode of communication.
