when the Government introduced the 1000 and 5000 shilling note I thought

It was last year's exchange rate 1:6000 while end of 2011 year was 5000 -5500SLSH.
No there wasn't any change about the Dollar exchange it remained the same i guess.n those newly introduced notes it hasn't reached to other cities other than Hargeysa,because the government has the plan of first it should be used within hargeysa hadhawna melahaa kale si aad aadyar ah ayaa loo qaybinayaa.waxa laga baqaya lacago foojari in ay soo saaran tuugtu. since the people aren't familiar with the new notes.
