berbera belongs to isa musa. habar jeclo must stop the aggression, isa musa will not sit by idly while dahabshiil takes over the oil tanks of berbera and the cement factory! siilaanyo is a qabilistie he is the biggest danger to somaliland.
Cement factory should remain in the govt n be sold off

we all know siilaanyo wants habar jeclo domination. isa musa have warned siilaanyo of his clear aggression, the cement factory belongs to ciise muse and the berbera port belongs the ciise muse. if siilaanyo tries to sell anything that belongs to ciise muse to dahabshiil/ habar jeclo then the only reply he will get is war. riyaale left somaliland who was united and strong, siilaanyo in two years has started a war with khaatumo and now looks like another war with ciise muse.

This absolute none sense! Anyone would wlc investment in thier region. I remember reading some feasibility study regarding this factory and it said that something like 20,000 jobs would be created directly and indirectly in sectors like transport, logistics and distribution. Why would anyone say no to that? Also theres heaps of that limestone material. Enough to sustain many factories. Anyone able to build one is free to do so. Build 10 of them if you want. The nation's resources do not belong to any particular clan.
