you are 100% correct. the biggest problem for us is borama, everyone wants to move there. it's the same thing that happened to the ciise, when djibouti became established, ciisihii itoobiya, awdal and all over left their traditional lands and moved to djibouti, can we name one town that is purely ciise that has a population over 20000? They don't because they all moved to djibouti, the good thing about the Isaaq is that everyone's subclan has a big town and the capital is shared. Look at berbera, Burco, Caynabo, Gabiley. Isaaq did a good job and built their towns.

Emperior, lughaya project is going slow because there is no financial aid. I haven't been following up with them but I know that it is probably years before it ever becomes something. I think reer ceel sheeikh and sabowanaag should also build ports. Berbera should be a huge city right now. Get the proper management and it will be the biggest city in the region. Wallahi Berbera should be ecompeting with hargeisa
