Horta Hargeysa has become real expensive for the last 5 years I think. For example a plot of land is worth 40-50k in Berbera, and futher 80-90k to be build. Besides there has been lack of infrastructure development in Berbera lately, but hopefully the upgrade on the port will make more people to invest in Berbera.
