Oodweyne town on the move

Some recent pictures from the motherland.The place has gotten much bigger since the outdated 2003 google earth map. It currently has three neighbourhoods which are Howlwadaag, Shacabka and Barwaaqo.

Ynis it was while back. But I have seen better pictures taken recently by relatives that show the town in better angle. It's decent size and is located in beautiful parts of Togdheer, an ideal location for agriculture.

Somalistan it not actual pictures from Oodweynenews.... it is from a video. I made those pictures by screenshot lol and then used a quality control tool to make sure they don't lose the quality further.

A Oodweyne with a proper paved road would be a rival to Hargeysa and Burco. Imagine all those reer Hawd flocking to the area in search for job opportunities once the oil comes aswell inshallah. :mrgreen:
