Sheikh Shariff's apology

Postby Siciid85 » Sat Jun 30, 2012 10:45 pm

How do you guys see it? i think it is too late and the seeds of hatred has been sowed decades ago. For example just like no matter how many times England apologizes to the celtic people of Ireland for creating divisions between them (N.I. & R.I) the seeds of hatred and dislikeness might be present even after Somaliland and Somalia depart officially. Nevertheless it is better to depart rather than tied together which will only create more conflicts in the horn of Africa.

I am analyzing the situation and what the future relations of Somaliland and Somalia might be like. I am realistic nothing victim about that, the war is over however the distrust, hate between the two sides is still there. You can't change that over a night , it might take decades maybe a generation.

I think you guys misunderestood me. This is not about me personally but the reality on the ground, i am not saying people shouldn't move on. People like Hargaysaay think Somaliland can be hoowinked with such and then play happy families, but no it is more complicated than that. Hence why departing from each other is the best option.

and about shariifs apology i believe it was un polititical and un called for but thats what you get from a guy who was a madrasa teacher few years ago

ok siciid sorry for the misconception but let me tell you this departing each other is actually more complicated from forgetting about the past

You're repeating this term "departing from each other", yet you're the one who's clinging onto Somalia, while sucking your thumb with your crocodile tears and yelling, "We're leaving you Somalia". If you're going to "depart", then be real about, don't cling onto the big bad "Faqash" that you cry so much about.

hargaysaay so are you saying it is played out? and that it is a machine for politicians to fuel the fire? A hate for the former movement SNM or Somaliland is also very prevalent in Somalia so keep in mind this is not one way. Maybe relations between Somaliland and Somalia can be neutralized if Somalia does not try to be a obstacle to the wishes of the Somaliland people. If they do, they should take their apologizes and efforts to where the sun doesn't shine me thinks.

There is hatred and mistrust among the Somalis. The Somalilanders in particular do not trust(as we should not) any double dealing Southern slime bastards. But that shouldn't come as suprise at all.

However, the shocking part is that There is even more division and mistrust within The so call Koonfuria Eg: Puntland and deep south. There is little hope that Puntland and Konfuristan will formed mutual and trustworthy government. My argument is proven on solid grounds as there is currently more than half dozen regional states isolated from one another and at times even cities and small towns divided along different adminstrations eg: Galkacayo, which is shared town between Galmudug and Puntland.

We Somalilanders(apart from very tiny minority) believe that in "kab iyo Xaarkeed waa la iska xooraa ama tuuraa' that is Somalia and its infinite number of regional states and administrations, piracy and terror groups. We seek to be separated and unshackled from the violence and backwardness of Konfuristan(including the pirate state) so that we can move forward and be normal functional state in the world community. That is not too much of a burden on anyone I hope.

All the corrugated roofs, pipes, vehicles, toilet seats stolen in the 1980ies from Somaliland was used to build desert towns like Gerowe, Qardho and Bossasso which were mere makeshift mud huts prior. Will sharif award compensation for the Billions stolen from civilians and their business?

I mean Faroole's Current toilet seat could be one stolen in the 1980ies from Hargiesa man talk of parasitic existance... Somaliland had to be destroyed for puntland to be born... even as we discuss it Puntland has no strategy beyond counterfitting Somaliland's ideas.

Once a parasite always a parasite...

Hargeysa, Burco, Berbera, Cerigaabo had to destoryed to give birth of Gerowe, Qardho, Bossasso and parts of Gaal-ka-ciido
