He isn't bad but he needs to get rid of certain individuals who have far to much influence on the old man. 99% of the decisions regarding ministers whether they come or been told they need to hit the road are made by Xirsi or the Jibril Abokor minister foreign affairs. The first one even told certain Dhulbahante elders to accept bloodmoney when apparently his first cousin killed a fellow soldier in Yagoori. The killer is chilling in Yiroowe as we speak. Siilaanyo didn't do shit.

He isn't bad but he needs to needs to act independent, i'm pretty shure if those two tell him to get rid of Saylici he won't hesitate.

I dont know why people are so opposed to Xirsi when i was in hargeysa this summer every one talks about this guy. And when he talks he doesn't really come over as some one doing something wrong. Xirsi is a Patriot . As for Dr Mohammad wu yara deg deg badanyahay he lacks some skills but don't be fooled Somaliland Foreign policy is led by President Siilaanyo not by the Minister Siilaanyo knows what he is doing. Siilaanyos govt can be criticized for Silencing the Media but so far the past 2 years the Government did lots of positive things also Somalilanders are more aware its them selves that can really build their country proper infrastructure you see every community is building their own roads and some even ports. They doubled the salary of the security forces and the civil servants and created a way to attrack foreign investors the Somaliland development corporation the first major investment the co cola factory in Somaliland. There is still some mismanagement but not as bad as when udub was leading the country there is still corruption but not as much during the udub regime. When i was in berbera the Mayor of berbera showed me couple of houses the former port manager of berbera constructed he was sacked though he has 4 villas in Berbera. So there is corruption. But we are moving forward aswell for the first time we have a radio the Somaliland tv is watched all over the world. Our budget tripled it seems the current regime is more efficient than the previous one. The next objective of the govt should be ranking the armed forces of the nation we need to upgrade our Military new artillery and tanks should be imported. And with a new mayor the beautification of hargeysa and its infrastructure can begin. We still not there but we are going there inshallah as long as we keep the unity between the Somalilanders and support progress in our country.
