just remember the shahada on our flag, it's up to you how you raise your children, but the somaliland constitution states that islam is the only religion of the state and no other religious building shall be built.

khalid, i didn't know you were jamaican, come to london and you'll be skinned alive just for being somali

Islam is Somaliland state religion and the people are Muslims. But people have the right to listen what ever they music they want and what culture they want to practice. If kids want to listen to dancehall rap music and dance in clubs so be it , it happens every where in dubai kuwait Egypt Lebanon Syria the west all of africa etc etc We are not an exception our youth are normal youth who do what normal youth do have fun and go dancing with some hot chick.

Cumar i have lived in london and Jamaicans and me were good friends back in 2004 2005 and 2006 Maxaanu meelo wada gubnay some jamaican lads are rageedi waleh.Sure in the early 90s there were lots of beefs because somalis were new comers but not any more

xplaya, you left islam big deal, you don't see us making a big deal out of it - that is between you and Allaah. However why does it bother you that we (somalis) and 99.99% if not 100% muslim.

I'd advice you not to get entangled in an argument with Xplaya, as it'll surely head that way

what you've seen ...Laakin expeirience has taught me these people
