Second fiasco could appear; Boho threaten to take measures

So the government and the TELESOM reached an agreement a while ago regarding a new phone tower build by TELESOM in the mountains of Qacab which is located in northern Ceelafweyn. But the land is owned by a Boho man named Caabi Digaale Jaamac. basically the government negotiated with TELESOM and agreed that they'd split the profit they'd generate from that phone tower. After the governor of the province Ahmed Diiriye Geel-Jire failed to fulfill his promises when he promised he'd come up with a solution the owner of the lands clan threaten to take measures.This problem is very similar to what happened months ago in new Hargeysa.

The eastern HJ doesn't seem to be happy at all with the government negotiating on behalf of the people who own that plot of land, simple because Kulmiye wants to earn dollars. It seems to be the perfect opportunity for Cirro to win over the eastern HJ.

It could be near the mountains, all though they build phone towers always on a hill/low mountain so the phone tower is able to expand further. The Reer Cawl governor met with the owner of the land and promised to find a solution. So the story seems credible regarding the possible owner of the land if you ask me.

Maybe Rightwing could inform us more about this case.
