Hi,

You guys are wrong. Siilaanyo has no relations to darood, hawiye
or other non Isaak clans.

Siilaanyo is Habar Jeclo - Adam madoobe
Siilaanyo's reer abti are Habar Jeclo - reer Dahir
His wife is Habar Awal - Ciise muuse

This is the correct information. He has nothing to do with dhulbahante.

They won all the regions though, didnt they? Including Awdal?

Dahir Riyale was facing 10 times more international observers and it was a presidential elections. These were measly municipality elections. And Dahir Riyale couldn't of been able of getting away with a rigged election. He's Gadabursi. But he should have attempted it.

Welcome to Africa. Take what is yours or others will take it from you.
Kulmiye did not won places like Baligubedle - Xaqsoor won there
Ceergabo - Wadani won there and Odweyne - Umada and Wadani won there
but Kulmiye has taken what they could from those regions. Kulmiye only won 7 seats out of 21 in Hargeisa.

Kulmiye party has won 90 seats out of 275 seats. That's about 32%. Other parties have taken the majority of seats. That's tell you the election went OK.
Maybe people liked Kulmiye policies and what they have achieved so far in two years than UDUB AND Riyale did for a decade.
Maybe Kulmiye were well orginised and had a fantastic leader. I'm not saying Kulmiye's perfect but what's the alternative?

Dahir Riyale 'rigid' votes in 2003 presidential election were he only survived by 80 votes. Thousands of people came out in Togdheer and around SL to protest against Riyale. I could say 'wuu isugu shubay' but I won't, unlike you, cause we don't have any evidence and neither do you have any evidence what so ever on the November council elections.

Siilanyo is the least popular Somaliland President of all time. No president ever managed to upset so many within just two years of their presidency. Just hope that people don't scale his presidential house and beat him up

You don't rig an election and only give yourself 32%
And correction Kulmiye won 7 seats out of 25 in Hargeisa
