Is the government meddling local council election to pick their choice on behalf of Ismaciil buur(djibouti president) or Gudabiirsi are paranoid?
I am so confused....what's going on?

the influence of the elephent in djibouti over sl and somalia is non deniable.
Do u really think the ciise of awdal are capable of causing all this madness and make silanyo try to go against his own constitution? Silanyo knows he cannot afford to lose IOG. the gadabursi on the other hand made it clear that they will not compromise. Lets see what happens.
