That must have been longtime ago, cause today the nearest Warsangeli live is Geel Weyta about about 88 kilo meter east of Maydh.
Xiis and Maydh are twin cities. As you know Maydh is were Sheikh Isaaq and his sons and most of his grandsons are buried. This family has been guarding Sheikh Isaaq's tomb for period over five hundred years.Maydh is different than any other town in Somaliland.Tradition? tell me 1 town in somaliland that an uncle died and the nefew inherited the position.
