I don't think Dubai has much of a oil.

It was just bailed out recently by some one.

The title says UAE not Dubai. Dubai emirate originally transformed from having black gold and later diversified its economy on tourism , real estate , but
Abu Dubai emirate has more black gold resources.

Lol Sahan waa iska caadi, he just showed with oil money (or money in general) you can transform deserts into cities
