So the first phase of a new road that should connect Berbera to Ceel Dhabasle - Xagal and Raari Buul, kicked of last week. It's supposed to cost 1 million dollars, partly paid by the government and the other part by several companies.

Raari Buul is located in Sanaag on the edge of the Sanaag - Saaxil border but falls under the Berbera district but it's actually part of Ceelafweyn district. If it all goes well the govt and the companies promised to sponsor a road connecting Raari Buul with Ceelafweyn. Imagine a road connecting Berbera and Ceelafweyn.

Hurray let's hope they keep their word.

these are not just roads projects its a way we can measure the strength of our capability. we are in a second jihaad to libararate the minds of our people, we must teach somaliland people that only we can build our beloved country, we must never rely on foreign assistance. the moment we finish the erigaabo road its a historic victory for all somalis, because it will be the first multmillion road project ever funded 100% by a somali people.
