Notorious Yes it is settled by HJ. Reer Khaatufo must be desperate, the two areas where the oil is being explored by Genel Energy is western Togdheer, Oodweyne
(HY) and eastern Togdheer, Caynabo (HJ) in the Nugal valley area.

So where the hell do reer Khaatufo fit in this, last I checked they live mainly in the Naas Canood district.
