Just like pakistani government has what is called "Tribal area which govern themselves" inside pakistan territory. We Somalis do have "Somaliland which is tribal area inside Somalia".

Pakistani government control the tribal area through aid and education. Our current Somali president Mahiga will use same tools as the Pakistani government uses which is control all the aid that is going to Somaliland. We are controlled by united nations. It is safe to call as our current president is Mahiga.


IN TURKEY CONFERENCE SOMETHING HAS CHANGE SOMALILAND FOR GOOD WHICH IS.....
Somaliland will never receive aid without the approval of Somali president.. that is all.
