The challenges will include infrastructure including water, sewage and traffic. Hargeisa is now said to be over a million and that's bigger all Ethiopian cities except Addis Ababa and remember Ethiopia has a population close to 85 milliion.
Hargeisa has a good night life too. Telecoms, Hawalas, restaurants, hotels, money venders work well into the late night. There are too many cars and the roads remain the biggest single challenge today.
The fact that the drivers are crazy doesn't help either especially khat and bus drivers.

By the way, I am looking for new pictures of Hargeisa's new center (Dahabshiil, SomCable, Indha Deero's new aluminum/glass building). If anyone can hook me up with large and high resolution pictures of these area, I would be very appreciative guys. It has to be minimum 1000x1000pixels and 150 DPI.
