Why is he always in Cidagale conferences then? Just few days ago he was part of the Cidagales making the preparation for the Cidagale conference along
with Haji Abdi Waraabe, Suldaan Maxamed Abdiqadir. I don't think he is Fiqishini, Fiqishini only have one minister in the government and that is Abdiwaxid.
