Properties in Hargeisa

Is it cheaper to build it from scratch or to buy it? I have checked this website, however not enough properties are for sell on the market in regards
to New Hargeisa or Calamada (places where I would most likely buy or build a property in), it seems they don't like selling their houses or land.
They are only renting it.

Anyways why don't you buy dhul and then guriga adigu dhiso? I would assume it would be cheaper

Calaamadaha is one of the richest areas in Hargeisa, so economically it makes sense. I don't want to live in a ghetto. That is what I thought as well, but
I heard in some cases buying the house is cheaper rather than building it from scratch.

Build one from scratch to much your taste. Calamadaha is too expensive and too crowded now days, look for dhinaca wadada Berbera. It's spacious and cheap and not to mention it's where most Diaspora folks are buying land now days.

I heard many issaqs r leaving da farms n all comin to hargeisa y r thy doin dis unlike hutus,eleys,darods thy mostly live in da country side but issaqs all come together in hargeisa

What's so wow about calamadaha, because airportka u dhow miya?
Xaafadaha uugu qurux badan waa xaafadaha Jigjigayar, they have stunning house, especially near the Mansoor area. Superb I say.

Haven't you seen the houses in Calaamadaha? They have nice houses lining up much of the airport road. I am not interested in living west of
the city when I can live in the south or east of the city due to transportation (airport, road to the east) and demographic advantages.
