Some of the references in the book come from old historical books about Sheikh Isaaq that were gathered by a Moroccan historian
who use to live in Yemen called Sayid Maxamed Axmad Al Qarbaani.

I think shiekh is isaxaaq is real. But to say all isaaqs are his descendants is an overestimation. Sheihk Isaxaq came to a populated city. Where are those people who lived in his city at the same time as him. Where are their descendants? Could it be that their descendants all died and some fled or migrated? if so why didnt Shiekh Isaxaaqs decendants do the same?

My theory is this.
All isaaqs are the ones that are descendants of the people who Shiekh isaxaaq joined to live amongst.
All idoors are the descendants of Shiekh Isaxaaq.
Only way to separate them is by doing DNA test on all claimants

There is no difference between Idoor and Isaaq, it is the same thing. Idoor is just a nickname.

Well that wouldn't be surprising just like all Arabs are not ethnically Arab you have Maronite, Awalites, Berbers among them. Sheikh
Isaaq did exist though and is the founder of the Isaaq tribe.

I am purchasing this book.are there any books on berbera and zaylac and also architectural finds like the cave paintings. I am sure borama has undiscovered history because it was beautiful and the locals were talking of some ancient caves when i went there last year.

you right. I think something needs to be done to separate or atleast find out the percentage of shiekh isaxaq descendants. The darood have to do fine out what the Jaberti descendant percentage amongst them is. This way everyone knows where they stand.

Ojoo you seem very hateful towards Isaaq as a clan, why?

Yh there is. Those caves were drawn by the ancient people who lived there about thousand years ago. Most Isaaqs use to live in the coast before
they went down further south, they uprooted the aboriginals like the Pagan Gaala Qosasha (Oromo) , we sent them packing to Aids Ethiopia.
In some parts of Sool you can find some stones with ancient drawings , when the British arrived they were told the dirty Oromo Gaala Qosasha
use to worship those stones as late as 19th century before they went sent packing.

saacJabshee Isaaq and Darood are already tribal identities engraved in the minds of millions of people. So even if some people in those tribes are
assimilated it still doesn't change the wider identities of those tribes. Much like the few assimilated minorities among the Arabs doesn't change
the wider Arab identity. There is a element of social structure among tribes, it is not all about blood relations. You won't simply abandon
over 600 years of your family being part of a certain tribe because your DNA says something else.

I agree with you in some points. but sadly Sh. Isxaaq was already 85 years old, when he first landed in North somalia and he never had any children before that or after that.

According to the DNA. sometimes you don't need to take a DNA test, all you have to do is look at the persons face, features and the Building of her or his head. I believe Isaaqs do not have a single blood of semitic in them. I will proof that to you now.

NB: there is few WHO is mixed with bantus. but Watch from 2min until the end.

Those ppl in the video are semitic. Persians, arabs and pakistanis.. look at there features! they don't look somali.

You can not hide in somalia
