Somaliland id cards is very good initiative i support it those ethnic landers in Ethiopia can be double citizens , gurugure and akishe are small communities in Somaliland they are no threat there arent many of them in galbeed either its overestimated. The Dhulows and the isaaq in hawd gadabuursi in Ethiopia all should be allowed to have Somaliland citizenship and Ethiopian citizenship Its a good call to use the method of any one who traces his lineage back to Somaliland before 1960.

Will clan members across the line in ethiopia and djibouti be able to get these cards as well? I for see problems arising, then again a nice way to track clan populations
