from what i heard it isnt anymore one of my friends is from q7 and his habar yunis so still few issaq families lives there .
There is a general decline in the Isaaq population going on in djibouti
anyway probably starting from the mid-90s.

My Habaryar has lived in Djbouti over 63 years. Her late husband was Cabadalla Sacad. Most of the big money people in Djbouti are Sacad Muuse. Poor Ciise, they've no clue.

A JSL passport will do fine. The fat dictator knows his bread is buttered in Somaliland.
