Foreigners bring cash and their cash employs people in the tourism industry. They should be welcomed. I don't get people who oppose foreigners. Just make sure they play by your (fair) rules.

My bro went to Hargeisa in 2009 he said many of the good looking girls were drooling after him Lol. They wanted that SY money and passport. However he
said the worst hit areas are 26 June and Jigjigyar it is gold digger zone.

what im saying is that hargeysa is more liberal with foreigners than burco....
