There was plan made in secret by a group of Khatumo to invite Somali Prime minster into Taleex to mark symbolic photos and media publicities . It was funded by Jamac bluug. The first test has taken place when group of khatumo and Somali members of parliament landed in Buhoodle with Jama bluug's small plane last week. Remember Jamac bluug was the man recruited South African mercenary pilots during the campaign culminated in the destruction of Hargeisa + Burco + Berera and Cerigaabo in 1988.

Puntland president and vice president has visited Taleex, Las Qoray and many territories in former British Somaliland regions. Did they end up in Mandheera prison? Nope, so quit with your wishful thinking.

PM Cabdiwali has rights to visit any land he wants, he has already visited other regions in Somalia and Taleex is no different from those regions. Somaliland was undermined a long time ago. Him visiting Taleex is no big deal.

Assuming what you are saying is true, what would Somaliland do with a captured Abdiweli ? The Taleex excursion was a waste of resources as are all things related to Khatuumo. Khatuumo was on its death bed and in comes Silaanyo to breath life back into it. Khatuumo won a major PR victory with the withdrawal which sources tell me came after Silaanyo was pressured by the US & UK.
