If this is the case why wasn't he brought before a court the minute he landed (or hasn't he landed yet?)

I am completely disillusioned with SL's policy of welcoming useless missionaries and even worse giving some of them undeserved and generous financial handouts which could be spent on more important things. But the banning of the Somali livestock by the Saudis had nothing to do with either this man or CabdiTuug Salaad xasan because the ban preceded CabdiTuug's government by two year. I think it was 1998 if I remember correctly.
I agree, It easy to imagine that the ban was aimed to cripple Somaliland's economy and consequently it's independence by the filthy Arabs who at the time wanted to establish a united and a missionary Somali government in Muqdisho to realize Egypt 's dirty geopolitical games with Ethiopia.
