Yes, there are Isxaaq in southern Hargeysa and western Hargeysa but then again as I said waa faro kutiris. The same with all the others clans.

Unlike in Burco, in Hargeisa people from all clans can live wherever they want in Hargeisa without being harassed or harmed. In Hargeisa, most of my family's properties are in Shacabka and Badacas, even though my supposed "deegaan" is Guryo-Samo/Dumbuluq/Calamadaha. In Burco, being a Habar and going to the other Habar's neighbourhood is suicide

I'm not surprised that my Isaxaaq have supported Silanyo but not against Mujahid Bihi. We just support that the fact that he is the leader and issues in Kulmiye should not spillover to the public.

We are always closer to the Sacad Muse, Cidagale and Arab more than any other Idoor. We will never trade gob Sacad Muse for Habar Hailemariam.

Isaxaaq has no beef with HJ, the issue between them and HY is of no concern to us...iyaga wada dega iyagay qusaysa what they share, what they beef over and what they sare. Our neighbours are the big four in Hargeisa and Haud, those are more relevant than HY.

As an Isaxaaq, I can say we live all over Hargeisa and the only time we see some qabyalad is when people dispute over block of land. Rather than resolving it on individual bases, people intend to make it reer-reer issue so the crooks can get more money by getting lunch-on from every reer. We know this trick.

The worod 'bariga' is big surprise to me. I didn't know there was such and we live east...New Hargeisa is a more known reference we use.

The Isaxaaq, Sacad Muse, Arab and Cidagale live in peace and love peace...we have no time for dramas from the east.

Not really. First of all there is no such thing as "eastern Hargeisa" that's the imagination of Burco residents who want to import their one street beef dirty business to us.

But not all Isaxaaq support Wadani. I know majority of my Isaxaaq friends and relatives support various parties.

Kulmiye could suffer major defeat in the next election since most Sacad Muse have withdrawn or plan to withdraw (can't trust Kulmiye anymore even though the Guurti has cooled things down it will re-emerge), Arab are already mad, Cidagale never deals with eastern folks and Isaxaaq is the last neutral one standing (the swing habar).

For me I would say we would support Cidagale but they need better leader than comedian Faisal Ali Warabe and Sacad Muse should join us in fact Isaxaaq, Cidagale, SM and Arab should form one party together. After all we are the four Hargeisawis so we would put Hargeisa first regardless. We keep everything local guys.

Sacad Muse has its plan-B (Gabiley)
Cidagale has Salahley
Arab has Baligubadle
Isaxaaq has Sabawanaag & Cadaadley (we have to join forces).

So after we fix Hargeisa together we should divide the rest of the funds 25% Gabiley, 25% Salahley, 25% Baligubadle and 25% Sabawanaag.

Once we unify these four powers, I believe its necessary to add the small Ayub in the equation. In fact, the first leader of the party should be from Ayub. We need to give the smaller brothers a go and some voice. Some times in societies it is the small ones that know how to best lead because they are on the ground always learning..think of it as an employee on the floor compared to some dude who inherits the business directly from his father.

The Ayub have something to prove and it is those kind of small brothers we need to harness their energy.

Voting along shared district/region is more evolved than say voting along tribal lines which is the current state of Somaliland, that I agree. How would you
make it happen though, UCID the only current party that has its origins in Hargeisa is the personal suitcase of Faysal Ali Waraabe. Cali Sanyare would have
been a good choice but it is properly too late to save UCID. Hargeisa is already the most developed part of Somaliland and you want to steal more aid?
Talk about being greedy on top of easterners investing in it. Personally I will not invest a dime in Hargeisa, it doesn't feel right, West Burco or Sanaag
on the other hand deserves my attention .

UCID is symbolic. We love Faisal and everytime he cracks us up all. SL politics is too dull and too serious without Sheikh Faisal el Ali el Dha'aba.

Indeed, I believe the four Hargeisawis should form one party and lock down the resources. As I said we invest most of it in Hargeisa and the rest we divide between our B-towns.

I'm a living example of the four with Cidagale ayeeyo, Arab ayeeyo, Sacad Muse cousins and myself an Isaxaaq. To counter eastern Idoor protest, we balance them with eastern Hartis...we throw few nacnac to the Hartis to get them doing Jandheer.

For instance, if Sacad Yonis is to throw Tahrir sq. style protest in Bohol, we find the nearest Harti settlement and give them few nacnac qori. That will provide political equilibrium and their protest will not gain the wind it needs to make huge bush fire
