Yh it's amazing how these Scandinavian countries like Finland are so superior with child welfare and well-being. Getting ideas from them is good. What I noticed in Somalia is that everything comes back to lack of resources e.g. schools, equipments, books, teachers etc. We are in general a poor country. And for the education system to develop we need to invest and make profit in order to get these resources.
Perhaps re-evaluate and create a good curriculum system whilst working for the resources for example fighting corruption, allocating budget efficiently and just good governance in general. But also introducing Iska wax uu qabso scheme for education. For example extra school help by the teachers, mass literacy campaign for adults etc.
