The kid is disabled phisically, but earned his bachelor degree something you probably dont have. in somaliland we do not encourage to extremely respect our leaders as they are servants for us(we hired and pay them to work for us) . the kid kissed president silaanyo's hand and the president kissed him too. the president did a lot for the disabled, he even ordered that all public buidings MUST have access designed for all kinds of disability. he gives them motors, job opportunities food shelter etc. how ever kissing the president is very rare , and he should not do again, no matter how good silaanyo is towards disabled people.

i just watched the news, the disabled young man and 4 other deaf graduates are taken by minister hersi gaab. they will probably work in his office. watch from minute 10:00 (ten)
