Until I see power in Hargeisa we are failing. Power stations/Solar farms/Wind farms/geothermal stations = power. Power = Industry. Industry = Industrialisation. Industrialisation = development. Development = Jobs. Jobs = Money. And so on.
Its a cycle. We need to pool together to build a power station. We had a deal with the Chinese before, but they got chased away. Probably just like some groups chased away people from doing sysmic testing (Confirming there is oil. Not drilling). We will not get anywhere.
15k buys a car. It also can buy enough solar panels to power a house. Use 500k-1m and power a small area and create a industrial estate. Make things to ship out. Exports = Making money. The Asian tigers started as export nations, making everything from shoes to electrics. They don't have oil, or metals like we do. Or the vast land that we have.
We haven't even hit a agricultural Revelation. There are many methods of getting a greater yield, that we are not utilizing. When it rains store the water, have a small dam, use drip irrigation. Or Salt-water farming. And push for government farms to grow and export. We stuck on hand outs. And way to far behind. Allah help us.
