The general name is Caadamada bada = Navy . Ilaalada xeebaha= coast guard is a branch of somaliland navy and they are mostly based on land.

It is better to secure Lasqoray port and surrounding areas on foot. Puntland Navy is way too big for Somaliland at the moment. Their navy is trained and equipped by the UAE to combat piracy and Bosasso is not that far from Lasqoray. Yes they may get chicken out like what happened in Talex but let's play the right cards and by the End of this year the entire Sanaag will be secured just like Sool.
